Located at 937 Commerce St in Fairbanks, the CYAK house serves as a private housing option for UAF students who would like to live in Christian community.  For the past several years the CYAK house has been the home of either all male students or all female students, depending on the year.  Most recently, the CYAK house has been an all female housing option for 6-8 females.  The house is managed by Christian "house parents" and residents are expected to participate in weekly CCF activities as well as foster a Christian community.

During the 2009-2010 school year, the CYAK house will be closed as the house parents focus on raising their first child and funds development work is done in order to fully fund the house.
